My counselling degree has provided me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical tools to support individuals in exploring their thoughts, feelings and emotions. My goal is to empower clients to navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change.
I believe that each person is unique, and what works for one may not work for another. In our work together, I do not offer direct solutions or advice. Instead, I see our sessions as a collaborative journey, where I provide a supportive space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and experiences. Through active listening and insightful questions, I guide you to deepen your self-awareness and foster a better understanding of your own path forward. This process allows you to arrive at your own decisions, empowering you to move towards growth and positive change. My integrative approach, rooted in person-centred and existential principles, blends various techniques to offer a personalised experience.
